Hey Off-Roaders, We all love the outdoors, random camping and riding our backcountry trails! However, there is a very serious issue happening in regards to Alberta’s public land use, and we need to step up, act, and preserve our recreation. The Bighorn Backcountry is being proposed into a series of parks, and a new land use zone – if this proposal goes through, it WILL absolutely restrict our access to enjoy Alberta’s Backcountry. Tail Creek Raceway has always offered and sponsored events for our community to get together and do what we love on private land, but if we do not act – this will be the ONLY way to enjoy what we do. It is our recreation to lose, and it’s up to us to defend. I would like all of you, and your friends and family members, to take the time to support our access and recreation on public lands. The AOHVA (Alberta Off-Highway Vehicle Association) has created a link to do the government survey, a guide to help do it, and a very simple online letter to sign and send. Simply oppose all the questions and state in the comments that you do not support this proposal. These actions will make a difference for the many clubs and organizations (whether hunting, fishing, OHV, dirt bike, 4x4 or even random camping) that support our recreation. So if you want to keep the activities you love, please go to www.aohva.com and do the survey and sign the letters. Thanks! Tail Creek Raceway ... See MoreSee Less
